Listen, you do NOT need to leave your house to network.
Yes, I know a lot of people have told you to go to networking events and meet a lot of people BUT you’ve been taught wrong.
Let me explain…
When it comes to networking without going out, the not going out part is actually the easy part because we ALREADY have the tools & resources that connect us to people without needing to be physically present (Think: phone, Laptop, Internet, WhatsApp, Instagram, FaceTime, Zoom etc).
You ALREADY come across, communicate & stay in contact with people WITHOUT leaving your house.
This means the thing you actually need to learn is ‘effective networking’, that is…
not JUST knowing how to meet people & stay in touch BUT also knowing exactly how to show the RIGHT people your value (yes, everyone has value)
and then lovingly nudging them to continuously connect you to opportunities that are beneficial to you whenever these opportunities come up, sometimes without even directly asking.
